JPL Missions and Collaborated Space Agencies Miscellaneous Collection, 1952-2001.

The collection includes preliminary development studies and implemented programs instituted by California Institute of Technology, (CIT) the United States Army and NASA of rockets, guided-missiles, and manned to robotic spacecraft. Also included are JPL interoffice publications, national and international astronautical publications, reports, project management reports, presentations, photographs, lithographs, press kits and various other project missions, tracking and data related to JPL, national and international space agencies from 1952-2001. The collection occupies 6.45 cubic feet. The collection also is arranged by subject title using the original order as found. In box 22, there is an oversize 11 by 14ư -inch scrap-book of images of the Surveyor Project affixed to blank pages displaying the history and the significance of the soft-landing lunar spacecraft and its findings.
